1. Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Time Frame: The refund may take several days to process, depending on your payment provider.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
